Formerly a chef at Acqua at Shangrila Mactan, Marco Anzani now handles Anzani, a fine dining restaurant that serves Mediterranean cuisine in Cebu. The restaurant is multi-awarded and is also regarded as one of the top destinations in Cebu to dine to. When Estee Lauder visited Cebu, we were able to sample some of Anzani’s best sellers.
