Can you imagine a room full of people who spend half of their lives online fraternizing in avatars and lolspeak? The anticipation of meeting fellow bloggers offline drew to a conclusion at the 2011 Cebu Blog Camp last May at the Sacred Heart Center in Cebu. There is everything particularly groundbreaking about the Cebu Blog Camp team who went all out with the preparations and groundwork to make this one day affair stellar.
Bloggers from Cebu and even all over the Philippines decided to turn this unconference into a fun meet and greet to break off the limitations of knowing only one another by his or her dotcoms. From writing about their adventures, stard wills, or even broken relationships, bloggers have one thing in common: the love for gab.

Estan Cabigas on Travel Blogging
The free event that gave importance on focusing on blogging and being productive online introduced Cebu photographer Paul Gotiong who first gave a talk on Photography 101. Estan Cabigas, langyaw.com , followed with giving us anecdotes and tips on Travel Blogging 101. For the second time in the history of Cebu Blog Camp, Janette Toral, Digital Filipino regaled us with blogging etiquette while Chef Anton Gomez humored us on the essence of making Food and Restaurant Reviews. Bloggers were also entertained when Aileen Apolo-de Jesus, Aileenapolo.com, Google Philippines consultant, presented a different side of Google much to everyone’s (amazement) and Coy Caballes, Thisiscoy.net, Cebu Blog Camp concluded with an intimate talk with Ruben Licera, rubenlicera.com, on internet marketing.
