A customer replied to a survey sent to him after receiving a call from me. He gave me a dissatisfied survey. I have a zero (0%) percent CSAT or Customer Satisfaction. Get me a Gillete and I’ll start slashing my wrist.
He was an asshole, I’m sure he knows that. He wanted something that of course cannot be done and nobody has told me yet that I am SuperWoman and if someone did, I would have gladly had done what he wanted without questions. But I am not. So to anyone of you calling customer service and they are telling you that there are really things that can’t be done, please.. oh, please, don’t push them too much. They are human beings that of course has limitations even if they are doing everything they can to shut you up.
Besides, why are we so dependent on customer service?
