// update as of 15-Oct, Imperial Palace is now known as JPark Resort.
Back when we all used to work in the same schedules, work used to be the perfect excuse to stay together. It is funny that we posed for this picture outside Imperial Palace’s Familia Function Room and the sign above us says, Familia.
Isn’t Imperial Palace breathtaking? The entire resort/hotel is fashioned like that of Shangrila Mactan.
I’m particularly a huge fan of their floating bar.
Not that I drink alcohol but fancy drinking Shirley Temples in your bikini on a hot night with your beau! How White Castle whiskey-ish is that! Most of us didn’t go swimming though and ended up on their cabanas. Dios ko. P15,000 for 5 hours? It was ridiculous but super indulgent. But ah, the rooms were pretty and exactly what hotel rooms are made of – lush bedspreads, huge king sized beds and super cold A/C.
Imperial Palace recently had their first year anniversary last September and the group was there to go watch y101 hosting their house party by the beach. Until it rained. Fun times always.
