Fancy an epicurean dining experience in Cebu? With their menu specially prepared by Swedish chef Robert Lilja and Austrian chef Dietmar Dietrich, the Gustavian Ayala is super popular with their hearty and, yes, organic meals. Although its main branch is in Banilad, the Gustavian in Ayala Terraces is slowly ganing the same popularity and demand for their deli that offers homemade European sausages, smoked meats, seafoods, and bread selections!
According to chef Robert, Gustavian Ayala transforms into a bar at night and we were the first one to christen the place that when the Taproom in Gustavian Ayala was open. LUCKY!
Didn’t really do much with my outfit here. Not seen are my shoes from Syrup LA, white pair of shorts and a white loose top.
